My Photography 

Photography is another language that speaks to me, and it is a great inspiration to my life as a children's book author. While photographing, I am able to capture extraordinary views of everyday people, places, and things, simply by trying a new angle or drawing my eye to a place I never thought to look. When I feel stuck with writer's block, staring at a blank page, a photo can enhance my imagination, build a character, or create a mood! In 2024, two of my photographs, "Marvelous Murmurations" and "Peace and Love", were accepted into the DKG Gallery of Fine Arts.
